HyperDrive GEN2 - Not All Ports Work
My System Info

Linux Distribution: Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS
Desktop Environment: GNOME 42.0
Graphics Card: GeForce MX250

I am trying to use the Hyper 'HyperDrive GEN2' (18-port version) with my ASUS ZenBook Duo UX481FL, but only some of the ports (on the HyperDrive GEN2) are functional, when this hub is connected to my laptop via USB Type-C... For example, all of the USB Type-A ports and the Micro SD card reader work fine, but the HDMI Type A ports do not.

For reference, this is the product I am having issues with:

When I used to run Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, it was the same issue; I was just too lazy to do anything about it, plus all the ports I had a need for at the time worked fine.

I suspect that the first thing to do would be to identify exactly what ports my USB Type-C port can "see" when the 'HyperDrive GEN2' hub is connected to it... But I'm not exactly sure how to do that.

Any help or advice would be appreciated though.
