Intel/NVIDIA gpu switch on desktop?
I have noticed on Linux mint the nvidia driver has an option to switch to intel gpu in the tray. I haven't seen this on a desktop before so if I plug in a DP cable to the motherboard and switch via the tray app should it switch to Intel? That would be kinda neat for testing things. A few years ago when I tried accessing the Intel gpu with a dedicated card plugged in in a different computer it didn't work. So I don't want to get a cable if it's not going to work.
