All Our Asias is the most recent offering from Sean Han Tani, the developer of Anodyne. The game is a mix of narrative exploration (so-called “walking simulators”) and visual novel styles, although it does not offer branching paths or multiple endings.
Starmancer is a space station sim I'm pretty excited about, it's currently on Kickstarter with six days left and they're fully funded. It has Linux support already and the demo has been updated.

The Swords of Ditto, a compact and vibrant action RPG we confirmed that was coming to Linux back in February will be officially releasing on April 24th, with Linux support on the same day.

There's been a lot of people talking about this, so I figured we should get this out of the way. Kongregate are doing their own store and client named Kartridge and it will not support Linux.
Northgard is now on Linux as promised, this strategy game from Shiro Games is something I've been looking forward to and it does not disappoint. It does have a few issues with launching the game right now.
