DXVK, the awesome D3D11 and D3D10 to Vulkan translation layer has a new release out
21 July 2019 at 1:37 pm UTC

Avehicle7887Is Bloodstained a 32bit game? That would be surprising considering it's a modern title.

EDIT: Just found out it's 64bit.

More interestingly this youtuber seems to run it without issues on a GT730: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwEFbmZHOrw

The beginning section with the ship also worked fine. The crashes only really started after getting to the first hub.

QuoteTweaked memory allocation behaviour in an attempt to mitigate memory allocation issues on Nvidia (#1100), and to waste slightly less virtual address space for 32-bit applications.

This one is a big issue. I can't play bloodstained as it keeps crashing.
Slight improvement but still crashing after a while...

Is D9VK suffering from the same Nvidia crashes as DXVK due to memory fragmentation?

RugalizArtwork looks ugly...
Very ugly. In particular, their dark skin seems mismatched with their physical appearance, and the bright-colored hairs don't help too.

I happen to like the skin tones and bright hair.
If it's Japanese-y and cyberpunk-oriented, they may be Gals/Gyaru. There's a Japanese teenage girl style for tough/flashy girls which has proved surprisingly long lasting which involves dark makeup. The style probably is in part an inversion of more establishment Japanese beauty ideals of pale skin. Gal-style skin would be a natural for a Japanese cyberpunk setting.

I am fully aware of gyaru culture and cyberpunk...and that is exactly why i say the artwork is but ugly and a horrendous cheap imitation...

She Dreams Elsewhere, a surreal adventure RPG is releasing this year with Linux support

Don't call this an JRPG. not only it doesn't have Japanese developers, these kind of themes aren't explored in this way by Japanese developers...because they like fun and unpretentious games.
