microsoft loves linux so much they are buying out game studios to have locked to win 10 store games if they think they are going to beat valve by purchasing success they are dead wrong
reminder valve could easily make the win10 store completely irrelevant if they wanted to

Total War: THREE KINGDOMS confirmed to be coming to Linux, port from Feral Interactive
28 September 2018 at 9:25 pm UTC

codythedragondudeHow many total war games is this now?
12 being made without counting the spin off series Saga that got it's debut with Thrones of Britania.
And only 10 that have been ported. Three Kingdoms will be the Eleventh total war port on Linux.
Hope it helped.

Especially with TellTaleGames closing down this week I can understand people being afraid of the series over staying its welcome and releasing far too many titles for people to buy but again bear in mind that they are long time sellers and that they alternate pleasing two very different crowds, and they're good at guessing who would like which setup so the money keeps coming in without slowing ;)

(although for Total War Warhammer II , on this one I DO agree that this one came a bit too quickly after the first one , ... but again Total War Games are long time sellers ... so what do I know ... )

it's like feral has become the total war port team or something

i still hope for tomb raider anniversary to be ported even if it does work in steam play
