[FIXED] A couple of (possibly editor-related) bugs

1) I've just commented on an editor's post awaiting review but I cannot see my comments. All I get is these error messages:

2) I am able to customize my user options through the User CP. However, I first tried to do it by going to my profile page and clicking the "Edit User" button. I got this error message (funnily in green and not in red): http://i.imgur.com/DjDiYze.png
Is it something wrong? Or maybe I'm not supposed to be able to edit users?

First one will be fixed with the new tagline system, sorry about that, be up in a few days.

Second one should be fixed. It was set to admin only, but I don't see why editor shouldn't get access to it.
