The PlayStation 3 emulator RPCS3 team have been busy as they've announced the release of RPCS3 for arm64 that includes like likes of the Raspberry Pi 5 and Apple Silicon (M1, M2 etc).

Valve appear to have some pretty ambitious future plans for Steam, as we've seen recently in a leak (and not for the first time) that Valve has plans for ARM64 and Android support on Linux.

TUXEDO Computers have teased that they're working on an ARM notebook with a Snapdragon X Elite SoC from Qualcomm.
