The Linux ports of Total War: Shogun 2 & Fall of the Samurai have now been shipped by Feral Interactive. Here's a port report and a review based on gameplay of Shogun 2 itself.

Mesa developer Samuel Pitoiset sent in a set of 65 patches to the Mesa-dev list to enable ARB_bindless_texture for RadeonSI (AMD), this will allow Dawn of War III to work on Mesa.

Take this with a pinch of salt, as the Feral incoming port radar seems to be acting up, but it's possible Rome: Total War might be another future port from Feral Interactive.

According to Feral Interactive on Twitter in reply to my question, it seems Linux gamers will not be getting F1 2016, due to low sales of the previous title.
