OBS Studio continues growing, with NVIDIA joining as their latest big sponsor to help this free and open source project continue getting better.

After silently launching the RTX 3080 12GB, NVIDIA has also today put out a brand new Beta driver for Linux with version 510.39.01 now available.

For those of you with money to burn who want a new GPU, perhaps the latest from NVIDIA will catch your eye? They've introduced a new model of the GeForce RTX 3080.

CES 2022 continues with NVIDIA doing their presentation today where they announced more for their streaming service GeForce NOW, new monitors from parters with GSYNC and new GPUs.

Recently developer Mike Blumenkrantz wrote an interesting post in regards to a future upgrade to Zink, the driver that provides an OpenGL implementation on top of Vulkan and the performance with it is looking impressive.

Following on from the NVIDIA Beta 495.29.05 earlier this month, today NVIDIA has a fresh 495.44 stable driver release that builds upon it with some additional extras. This is the big one for Wayland fans, since it now works with the GBM API.

NVIDIA has today released the 495.29.05 driver as a Beta in their New Feature Branch and it's a relatively big one.

More improvements and new extensions have landed for the NVIDIA Vulkan Beta Driver with version 470.62.05 out now.

Only a few days ago Proton Experimental saw an update to pull in NVIDIA DLSS support for DirectX 12 and as of today's update this has expanded to DirectX 11 titles too.

NVIDIA today released the NVIDIA 470.74 driver for Linux from their "Production Branch" which includes some important bug fixes so you might want to upgrade now if you've been holding off.
