Monumental Failure is a really quite amazing game! It's hilarious by yourself, with a friend, but how about 10 of you together? That's now possible.
Immortal Redneck looks like it could be something really fun for FPS fans! An FPS set in Egypt with rogue-lite and it looks pretty darn good.
The final Beta of Albion Online has begun and the new world design along with all the new biomes have landed and it's looking pretty good.
Today I took a look at 'Asura' a brand new hack 'n' slash title that's inspired by Indian mythology.
Tribal Pass, a genre-mashing tactical runner, is one we missed last year as they added Linux support after the initial release. Here's a few quick thoughts on it.
Classic first-person shooters are without question my favourite video game genre, and it would be nice to be able to sit down and play more Indie games that can satisfy both my classic FPS craving while at the same time pushing the genre forward. Ziggurat attempts to do both, and it wins my respect for that.
First-person puzzler 'Quern - Undying Thoughts' now available on GOG with a Linux build, some thoughts
Quern - Undying Thoughts, a first-person puzzler inspired by the likes of Myst and Riven has been released on GOG and they have a Linux build too.
Just a quick update about the great online FPS Ballistic Overkill. I spoke to the developers on Twitter and it's possibly it may see a Unity upgrade to get Vulkan.
The Unity game engine has put out their big 5.6 update which is a very exciting release, it now includes full Vulkan support!
HEVN was pointed out by GOL follower micha and after taking a look I was impressed, so I spoke to the developer about their Linux plans for this first-person sci-fi adventure game.
As a big fan of the older Halo games myself, Installation 01 sounds like it could be pretty interesting. It also plans full Linux support due to using the Unity game engine.
The developers of Deadhold want to support Linux and they are thinking about releasing an experimental Linux Beta.
Hard West is a hard game to recommend to anyone unwilling to subject themselves to a trial by fire. If it were a horse I would say that it tried to buck me at every possible opportunity. It almost succeeded too.
Polyball is quite a weird game to describe really, as you're just controlling a ball and racing along platforms across various levels. That doesn't sound like much, but it's actually pretty fun.
Albion Online is going to be pretty interesting for MMO fans on Linux, especially so after watching the trailer for the 'Galahad' update that lands on Monday.
