RuneScape developers are working on a brand new feature filled engine they are calling "NXT". It will use OpenGL, and Linux support will now be official for this MMO.

Gates of Horizon is a space conquest online game. During your space journey you will gain power over the universe leading fleets, improving and managing crew and assets, taking control of entire sectors with your corporation and fighting the alien menace that threatens the human race.

Albion Online is going to be something big when it's fully released, I'm sure of it. This update shows me how much they are listening to the community (within reason) too.

Escape from Tarkov is an interesting looking Russian-made action MMO that is apparently going to come to Linux too.

I actually love Albion Online, and I think it's going to be a big hit when they add in more content and quality of life stuff. They have listened and the 'Brutus' update is coming.

Today I'd like to cover a game I didn't know existed only a few days back, a game out of a genre that is heavily under represented on our beloved platform, a(n old-school) sandbox MMORPG named Albion Online!

I am always hesitant to cover any crowdfunding campaigns, but I think Voxelnauts has just won me over. All development is done on Linux, they have video's showing it, and it looks like a great game.

Shadowrun Chronicles: Boston Lockdown, formerly known as Shadowrun Online, came out of Early Access last week. The tactical turn-based game is the latest set in the cyberpunk Shadowrun universe and the second that takes a crack at multiplayer. As a fan of the setting, I decided to take a close look at the game and see if it was any good.
