Trash, trash and more trash. That's how I would describe what has been gaining a foothold on Steam over the past year or so. Today it's time to rinse 'Noob Squad', an indie FPS that normally costs £0.75.

Streets of Rogue is a new game from Matt Dabrowski that blends beautifully a number of different genres. It has elements from RPGs, action like it's from a top down shooter and so much more.

7 Days to Die is the Kickstarted zombie survival game from The Fun Pimps, colourful history between me and them aside, the game has come a long way. This major update has done a lot for it.

We don't often get many Stealth games like 'Aragami', so to play this on Linux was awesome. The game is slick, stylish and well worth your time.

'Vengeance' as it's now called, is an indie FPS built with Unity and it just got a huge a update. Featuring a new user interface, new weapons, new maps and more.

'Ballistic Overkill' is currently one of my favourite online FPS games and it has just been updated with a new user interface, a new class and more! It's still as cheap as ever, go get it.

After reporting last month that 'Valley' is heading to Linux, the developer has now confirmed that they're hoping to release next week.

This is pretty exciting, Unity have released a preview update build of the Unity engine with the Vulkan renderer.

'Osiris: New Dawn' is a very impressive looking mix of multiplayer survival, adventure, action and so on. The developers have mentioned that a Linux version is on the table.

The developers of Farabel sent word that their game is now officially coming to Linux. They asked for testers and in a single day got the game working properly on Linux and it's now official.

The Long Dark is the rather beautiful survival game currently in development that will eventually get a story mode. The game has just had a rather beefy update.

Sunless Sea has finally been updated from Unity 4 to Unity 5, which has allowed the developers to add in some much needed font and UI scaling options.

Firewatch has been updated with a brand new game mode where the developers give commentary as you go through. They also updated to a major new Unity version for performance improvements.

Thanks to Mike for sending this in, it seems Man O' War: Corsair - Warhammer Naval Battles will gain a Linux version in future.

Dogma: Eternal Night was emailed in and I took a look as we still don't have many MMO games on Linux. It's looking quite interesting, but it seems it's in the early stages.

This is very cool and quite exciting, Na'Tosha Bard, a developer for Unity has teased a little shot of Unity + Vulkan. Looks like it's running on Ubuntu too.

The super cool theme park builder Parkitect has reached alpha 5, it seems like a smaller release overall as it's laying the foundation for future updates.

The day has finally arrived! The Linux developers at Unity have shipped their first build of the Linux Unity editor that is from a unified codebase.

Overland, is a very, very cool survival game and the developers have now expanded their itch First Access program, so you can all go and buy it now.

BUTCHER looks like a cross between Broforce and Doom and has jumped straight to the top of my watch list. The developers sent it in and tell me it will have full Linux support.
