A little about me
Linux came to my family in 1996 when I bought "Linux Slackware 96" from Walnut Creek ... except that it was my younger son who used it on his computer (He was 14 year old and later became a Linux system admin for a non-profit Internet distributor!) while I was on OS/2 at the time...
I also have a Windows/10 Pro 64-bit machine that I use for games that absolutely do not work on Linux, either through Steam Play or Wine/Play On Linux:
CPU: Intel core I5-7600 64-bit @ 3.8 Ghz Ready to upgrade to core I9-10900KF
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200 Ready to upgrade to Corsair 32GB DDR4 4000 LPX
Video: nVidia Geforce GTX 750ti Waiting for availability of Asus nVidia Dual RTX-3070
Monitor: One of two @ 1920x1200x32 Shared with Linux system through KVM switch
And I installed a third system with Proxmox on which i run Ubuntu server for Bacula backups and file server for my wife laptop:
CPU: Intel Core I3-9100F 64-bit @ 3.60GHz
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3000
Video: AMD Radeon HD 6790
Monitor: A second KVM added to share the second monitor between Linux, Windows et Proxmox!
