did some tweaking

Looks great. What compositor are you using ? Some people complained about slower gaming with i3 im wondering if its down to their compositor settings or lack of.

Went with a Mac-Style theme and new icons. Also the custom Linux Mint Mate menu no longer appeals to me, I like the menu bar much better.

link I like my desktops clean and simple :) there is a graphical glich tho with plank when i use open source drivers but its not bothering me that much.

Same old black theme + New Wallpaper. I've pretty much left the traditional Windows style menu behind, top and bottom panels are much more to my liking.
