Sorry, I get long winded sometimes. And I did not realize that newlines got mangled too. I wonder why there are carriage returns in there. I must have a screwy firefox extension or something. Anyhow GOG for Linux would be cool. For now I am holding out for Humble Bundles to change the landscape for us.

The generic Linux port is available now at http://www.nooskewl.com/buy_m2.html. Of course testing every distro out there is not possible, but I think it should be compatible for the most part. If it's not we can work on it.
