Bastion has been available on Linux for years now, but GOG do seem quite slow at adding Linux versions of their games. It's pleasing to finally see it happen for Bastion, as now Linux gamers who missed out before that prefer fully DRM free can hop on over to GOG for it.
About the game
Bastion is an action role-playing experience that redefines storytelling in games, with a reactive narrator who marks your every move. Explore more than 40 lush hand-painted environments as you discover the secrets of the Calamity, a surreal catastrophe that shattered the world to pieces. Wield a huge arsenal of upgradeable weapons and battle savage beasts adapted to their new habitat. Finish the main story to unlock the New Game Plus mode and continue your journey!

To be clear, they will all be using it. Just possibly Steam hasn't had the update pushed to it yet, Humble has and GOG have.

Hmm, just got the update from Humble. The installer mentions the new port, but if I check the executable, I see
and all the .exe and dll stuff from mono is there, too.
Good thing it seems to use SDL2 now. But it also links against libsteamapi....

Plus, the new one seems to have some graphics glitches, at least on Intel HW (HD530): I do get a diagonal line (lower left to upper right, intermittent blinking colored pixels) that is not there if I use the Nvidia-card (940MX optimus).
The old version runs fine on the HD530

Great. Now they need the Linux version of Penumbra so I do not need to depend on my old Desura copy.
I am looking at you Frictional... :><:

Check again Linas. They just sell a Steam key:
https://www.humblebundle.com/store/penumbra-collection
Which is part of the reason I do not like buying from Humble anymore. Regardless, it is ridiculous to have Penumbra be the only one of their games on there without a Linux version.

I think those are different. It says DRM-free in the widget on the page I linked. Maybe it's not Humble Store, just the widget looked very familiar.
