I posted in the Steam forum for RPG GOKEN [Steam] to see if the developers had plans for Linux, reddit picked my post up and now the developers are considering it.

You can find my post on Steam here. They make it clear they're not making promises, however it seems they weren't aware of any interest for their game on Linux. It's their first PC game too and it does look pretty good.

If you would actually buy it, then it might be worth letting them know.

About the game
QuoteGOKEN seeks to bring back everything that was right about gaming in an action packed open world environment in the form of the good old Action RPG genre and have the old school gamers tremble in nostalgia.

While the game features a rather old school “quarter view” mechanic, the map transitions and event scenes, even the combat is all seamless as can be to enhance the overall gaming experience.

If that's what the soundtrack actually sounded like, I'd probably buy it twice!

Had a look at a little gameplay, and it actually does have a pretty decent soundtrack in its own right, and does seem like a pretty fun game that's not too punishing. I'll have to put this on my wishlist.

Looks cool and I liked that music in the trailer.

I could actually buy it for the nice (Steam) forum guy they have. Great attitude and follow-ups. I'm amazed.
