After a long wait, the adventure platformer Chasm from developer Bit Kid is now officially available.

Originally funded on Kickstarter, back when the developer was originally called Discord Games in 2013 thanks to the help of nearly seven thousand backers, it felt like an overly long wait. Games take time though of course, so it's good to see Bit Kid finally reach their goal.

Quoting: GuestNo DRM-free Linux build on Humble :(.
Are you sure about this? The store page icons indicate that the DRM-free version for Linux is present.
When I looked yesterday the icons indicated DRM-free builds for Windows and Mac, and now it’s even worse, there’s only the Steam icon, no DRM-free builds at all.
Strange… They seem to be changing things faster than we can track that. Sadly, I didn't make a screenshot.

Honestly, it is hard to take Humble IGN seriously as a DRM-free store nowadays. :(

I got in touch with both Humble Bundle and the developers. Apparently Humble Bundle had their wires crossed. A DRM-free build is now available for download on Humble!

This was the oldest game on my wishlist, by like a year or more (second oldest - now oldest - is Ghost Song, and then Eitr). Bought it instantly at the midnight launch. I've put in a few hours, explored about 35% so far, and I must say, I'm really impressed with it. I feel it was worth the wait and asking price. I don't know where I'd rank it against Axiom Verge, as they're pretty different games overall, but share some of the same DNA, and it's that share DNA that I love.
