Quiplash 2 InterLASHional is the first time Jackbox Games have attempted to go global, with this being their first fully localized party game.

For English speakers, it's basically the same as Quiplash 2 found in The Jackbox Party Pack 3 but expanding the languages is vitally important for a game developer since it's one of the best ways to expand their reach. Obviously that's good for people want to play where English isn't their best language, a wonderful bit of "quality of life". Now it's available in English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish with a bunch of extra content for each language.

What actually is it? It's quick-fire comedy question and answer game, one that's ridiculously accessible since you can play it on pretty much any device. Load it up and then people can join users their phone, tablet - whatever.

The team at Jackbox also reached out to give us a few keys to give away, because they're awesome people. Not only did they port all their old packs to Linux, they also like to actually support the Linux community. So you can bag yourself a copy to help with isolation during these difficult times of the Coronavirus.

How to get a copy?

  • Simply post in the comments that you would like one, and winners will be picked at random. Competition will end Saturday at 8PM UTC.
  • As this is a new version of an existing English game, perhaps only enter if your first language is either French, Italian, German or Spanish - that's not a requirement though since there's no way for us to actually verify it.
  • Apart from that, it's open to new and old users alike.

You can find Quiplash 2 InterLASHional on Steam if you just wish to buy a copy now.
