AMD have expanded their Ryzen Z2 offerings, with two more chips designed for handhelds. So we're likely to see even more releasing with AMD's Z2 chips, although it's getting a bit confusing now.
Why is it confusing? All the chips share the Z2 branding, but they're split across different generations of Zen and RDNA. The new top-end chip with the AI Z2 Extreme is exactly the same as the Z2 Extreme, just with an NPU enabled because they simply must have an AI offering for handhelds apparently. The other is the Z2 A, which looks suspiciously like the Steam Deck's APU with an extra possible 5W TDP at the higher-end.
So nothing truly major here, but it could mean we end up seeing more lower-cost handhelds come out with a chip that's very similar the Steam Deck.
Here's the new line-up:
