One now on my radar is Dragon Lands, a sweet looking mixture of an incremental game about creature collection, farming, crafting and automation.
The developer noted in an email they think it's like a mixture of the game Forager and To The Core for the basics but with creature collecting too. That idea alone had me sold pretty quickly. They mentioned clearly in their email that Steam Deck is a supported platform for the game. So it should run with no problems on Desktop Linux with Proton too.
