shapez 2 is a wonderfully chilled factory building sim that recently had a huge upgrade, and hopefully in November it will be ready for the full release.
The developer put out a new devlog going over some plans which includes an aim for the 1.0 release in November, but they're not currently guaranteeing that date. That 1.0 update is planned to have achievements and modding support, along with a new game mode that might replace the current default.
For the new game mode they're aiming to address a common player complaint - needing to tear things down that are no longer needed. Their focus with the new mode is to make things more permanent, where the early building still has a place in the later stages of the game. Even when this gets added, the original mode will still be there but possibly renamed "Classic".

Even when the hit the 1.0 and leave Early Access, updates won't stop. They "already have a lot of plans and ideas for post 1.0".
