While we don't yet know when it will release or come to Steam, OD from KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS and Xbox Game Studios looks freaky as heck. Given Microsoft's push to put more games on PC, I've no doubt it will eventually pop up on Steam after release.
It's nice to see more from it, although we still don't entirely know what exactly it will be, other than some form of horror. KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS are getting help from Microsoft on this one, with Xbox's Phil Spencer on stage during their livestream saying: "OD is bold, it's unique and it's unmistakably from this studio. Which is just incredible. We're deeply supporting the production, it's our technical work on Unreal that we're doing with the team, both with the flashy [features] you see on the screen, but also a lot of the behind the scenes work. We have one goal in mind, which is to bring Kojima's vision to life for all players everywhere."

An interesting choice to go with Unreal Engine for it, switching away from the Sony-owned Decima game engine, with Kojima noting how Unreal Engine tech is "one step higher than Death Stranding 2".
Now if we could just get Sony to put Death Stranding 2 finally on PC I'll be happy.

"FOR ALL PLAYERS AND SCREAMERS", I suppose that means it will be multiplatform.
I think the 'screamers' is a reference to 'scream streamers' on twitch; they may have tailor made this game to farm engagement via those channels.
So it's for 'players' on xbox, and scream-streamer-viewers otherwise.
I hope the performance won't suck like most UE games.
