The million+ seller Halls of Torment from Chasing Carrots is set for a sweet free update and content-filled DLC on October 28th.

But first, to address the comments on the previous article where I incorrectly called it an "auto-battler". You are of course right, it's not an auto-battler, it's clearly a survivor-like bullet heaven one or two stick horde survival shooter roguelite. Did I get that right? Perfect.

Since we actually have a date for it all now all players can look forward to a new character, new abilities, new end-game content, new music tracks and a manual level-up system. For the DLC you'll get a new stage, two new characters, 50+ new quests, new abilities and gear, new game mechanics and much more.

Anyway here's The Boglands DLC trailer again if you missed it:

Might have to take an entire week off when the update and DLC release. Fantastic game that blends Diablo style with Vampire Survivors-like gameplay mechanics.

Halls of Torment | Release Date: 24th May 2023

According to https://bp.io/app/howroguelike/ [External Link] Halls of Torment is a Roguelikelikelike. However you call it, this new content looks pretty rad and I'm excited to check it out!
