SpaceCraft from Shiro Games has been delayed but a playtest is coming

SpaceCraft from Shiro Games is easily one of the most exciting looking upcoming games, but we're going to have to wait a bit longer to see it release.

What is it? SpaceCraft is an online space exploration and building game. Explore a vast galaxy of solar systems and planets, mine and craft resources, design and build ships, automate planetary bases and interplanetary logistics, trade and cooperate.

Their original plan for Early Access was to have it out this year, but they've now moved it to a vague Q2 2026. This is due to them wanting to get some proper player feedback on it, which they said is essential to have before a successful Early Access launch.

For the playtest they plan to start sending out invites towards the end of October, with you able to sign up via the Steam page right now. There will be no NDA, so you'll be able to capture footage and talk about it with anyone. They plan to keep on building up the playtest towards Early Access adding in more features as they go.
