Deep Rock Galactic set for new biomes, missions and enemies in Season 6

After bringing in another team to help, Deep Rock Galactic is getting Season 6 sometime early next year with a bumper addition of new content. They also recently delayed the spin-off Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core until Q2 2026, as it needs a bit more time in the oven.

Not played it before? Another you need to stick on your list. A 1-4 player online co-op game about space dwarves that go mining. The world is destructible, it's chaotic and a lot of good fun with all the different types of aliens that come crawling.

So far for it they've confirmed we're getting the Ossuary Depths biome that will come with new creatures to face. Down there you will find Ossiran Scrab, which will appear in large clusters. Plus the Ossiran Pit Jaw, which is a more deadlier version of the Scrab that will attempt to ambush you from below.

A new mission type too with Heavy Excavation that sees you go hunting for amber. Sounds like another multi-stage event mission with you finding them first, then preparing a dig site to wait for a new supply pod fitted with thrusters to send it back up.

There's even going to be a new season event, a new performance pass (like a battle pass full of cosmetics).
