HELLDIVERS 2 is still one of the best online co-op action games around, and we're finally going to be able to get a minigun to really tear through enemies.

Not only that, there's going to be a chainsaw too and it looks amazing. Not enough for you? Well there's also a new drone sidekick with a flamethrower, which will probably cause all sorts of friendly-fire chaos I imagine. On top of that there's a new primary weapon that's a combo between an assault rifle and grenade launcher too.

This will come with the premium (paid) Python Commandos Premium Warbond which arrives on December 2nd, which is perfect timing as I've just started getting back into the game after a long time away from it. And, with their new focus on improving the core stability of the game - it's all coming together now.

Probably one of the best sounding warbonds they've added to the game since release. Check out the trailer:

HELLDIVERS 2 continues working quite nicely on Linux with Proton, although annoyingly with my two monitors the mouse does like to wander off onto my second screen at times.

Even with the nProtect GameGuard anti-cheat, it works fine and has done with it since release. That and more noted on our dedicated anti-cheat page for Linux / SteamOS.
