A little holiday update for Proton Experimental from Valve to improve Windows games on Linux, Steam Deck / SteamOS systems. This update was released on December 23rd, with another from earlier in December previously covered on GamingOnLinux with even more improvements. There's also Proton 10.0-4 with a release candidate for testing.
Noted to be now playable:

- DCS World Steam Edition

All the other improvements:
- Fixed Agatha Christie: Evil Under the Sun not being playable in French.
- Fixed Proton Experimental regression that caused Farlight 84 to not register controller inputs.
- Fixed Rec Room not being playable after a recent game update.
- Fixed Warframe launcher not rendering Thai text correctly.
- Fixed CHRONO TRIGGER flickering in windowed mode with certain resolutions when using Gamescope.
- Fixed audio crackling in opening videos of Darksiders Warmastered Edition.
- Fixed Proton 10 regressions:
- Video playback is working yet again for GODBREAKERS, Indivisible, and King of Bones.

How do you get Proton Experimental? The update will show up in your Steam Downloads for Proton Experimental if you have it installed already. Otherwise, it will automatically download if you go to play a game that Valve has set for Proton Experimental by default.
