Rhell: Warped Worlds & Troubled Times from developer SlugGlove is a wonderful adventure about overcoming puzzles with its unique spell system. This slower-paced more casual puzzle-adventure is a great way to unwind, especially with all the terrible things going on in the world right now.

It's all about experimentation, as you discover the many different ways to overcome the various puzzles throughout it. There's often no specific way to solve a puzzle, which is what's so interesting about it. While some ways work better than other, it's enables you to be quite silly with it. Thanks to the spell system where you combine magical keywords, you can end up with "over 102 million spell combinations" according to what the developer said. So many ways to mess with the world and accidentally complete a puzzle.

From the press release: “I’ve been solo-developing Rhell for the past three years and have drawn more than 10,000 frames of animation for this game to really bring the character and world to life,” says game creator Alice Jarratt from SlugGlove. “It has been my world for so long and it’s incredible, if not a little daunting, to finally share it with the world.”

“What makes Rhell so special for the Yogscast Games team is that it’s truly the result of Alice’s creative vision from start to finish,” says Simon Byron, Managing Director, Yogscast Games. “We’re incredibly proud to partner with them, and to bring their vision to life for puzzle-loving players everywhere.”
