Valve have released SteamOS 3.7.10 Beta bringing lots of fixes for the Steam Deck, additional accessibility options and a bit of work for more handhelds.
According to YouTuber Dave2D who managed to get their hands on the Lenovo Legion Go S, the SteamOS version destroys Windows in performance and battery life.
Valve continue hammering away at the code for SteamOS to get it working nicely on more devices and hardware, with SteamOS 3.7.9 Beta bringing more fixes.
Valve just released SteamOS 3.7 to the stable channel, bringing a huge amount of improvements to the Steam Deck. This also brings official support for the Lenovo Legion Go S, as well as Valve now officially giving you the option to load SteamOS onto other AMD powered handhelds.
Valve have released SteamOS 3.7.7 Beta "Sunny & Gizmo" with the noted changes including the new Battery Charge Limit option along with more work for the Lenovo Legion Go S.
Best Buy have recently increased the price they're listing for the two upcoming Lenovo - Legion Go S models with Valve's SteamOS. They seem to have taken down pre-orders too, with it now just being listed as "Coming Soon".
While there doesn't seem to have been any announcement from Lenovo yet that I can see, Best Buy in the USA have put up two versions of the Lenovo Legion Go S with SteamOS for pre-order.
