Here is some good news for those who like their desktops to be Linux, and their couch to be for gaming: the latest Steam Client Beta has re-enabled In-Home Streaming hosting on Linux.

Costume Quest 2 has officially opened the pre-order flood gates on Steam, and it looks like a Day 1 Linux release is upon us.

Virtual Programming are again delivering on their promises of better performance. The Witcher 2 has kicked off another round of beta versions and it comes with AMD related fixes too.

We already knew that Total War: ROME II would come to Linux, but now it looks like the original Empire: Total War will come to Linux too and maybe sooner than the sequel.

Metro: Last Light Redux has been updated on the SteamDB to include some Linux information, so it seems the developers are working on getting it sorted.

For those of you who stick to Steam this will be good news. NeonXSZ is an awesome cyberspace FPS with solid gameplay and it looks good too.

Screencheat is a pretty funny idea. The days of split-screen play on old games console FPS games allowed you to see where the other players are, and this game incorporates that into the actual game-play. It has a Linux version too, so we can join in on the cheating fun.

Sentris is a new kind of music game that puts you at the epicenter of musical creation. It's colourful and filled with great music, so what more could you want?

Metro 2033 Redux is confirmed for Linux, but the actual release date isn't certain yet. Luckily thanks as usual to the excellent SteamDB it looks like it's coming sooner rather than later.
