GalaxIR is a free Galcon clone available on the Android market. GalaxIR has Multiplayer mode playable online or single player. Single player you can choose upto 4 AI opponents with 6 difficulty presets and you can pick the size of the map play takes place on, sizes of small, medium and large.
The unfortunate difference between this and Galcon is this has no campaign.
