I'm afraid the direct 'Delete' buttons on the sales page don't work... Whenever I try to make use of them I get redirected to http://www.gamingonlinux.com/sales/admin.php?module=sales and I obtain a 404 error. :S:
Now, if it were to return you to the sales page instead of the admin sales one, that'd be soooo great... :)

When I first submitted my Trine 2 review it disappeared on me. So I had to resubmit it again after getting the images and formatting sorted out, and that time it thankfully did appear in Admin Posts Awaiting Review.
Seeing that Liam had looked over it I decided to publish the review, but when I did it contained none of the article text. So I moved to disable the article. I do have the web article, image links and all, saved but I am very confused by all of this.
Any inactive articles are always stored there, Manage Articles -> View inactive articles.
The first one you must have set it as inactive by un-checking Enable Article.
If it is a bug unless I get a step by step procedure I cannot fix it as this never happens to me.
The no article content is to do with bbcode if an url tag is not done correctly (not opened or closed correctly) then it spazzes out.

Problem is, I can't see it there. :(
EDIT: I copied the article into a new submission form, deleted the old one, and resubmitted. Seems to work fine now.

Attacking another editor in public comments will lead to editor rights being revoked without warning from now on.
I thought that should have gone without saying, but it has come up a few times. This is the only word on it either, no discussions it's simple just be nice to each other.
I don't want GOL seen as a place where editors bicker and fight each-other in public.
Behave like we want the rest of the community to behave, set an example.
Limited to 10 posts so i wouldn't say anything that needs to stick around, meant for quick private notes to all editors.
Also the code bbcode tags should no longer parse bbcode in them :)

An example though, I don't really use wine and don't really like to do articles on it but it doesn't mean there aren't hundreds of linux gamers who do like gaming in wine - so i approve articles others do on it, just don't do it myself.
Or if someone submits an editorial on something they feel needs changing, i may not agree but i may still approve it.
The main thing is to point out it's a guest article.
It should only say "the article is not yet active" when failing to upload a tagline image on a brand new article, not on an already live article you are just editing (say replacing with a newer image).
I'm also going to stop it going to the standard edit page if it fails at uploading a tagline image on an article in the admin review section.
