I'm not keen on risking messing up my wineprefix by installing the twitch client.
So far I think my best option would be to try and concinvce lcurse to look for classic addons:

But I'd rather spend my time playing than mucking about with rewriting an addon manager, so if anyone have a ready made working solution I'm all ears :)
