and voila no more lag in the cutscenes. I don't know what the heck is the xbox driver doing, I even have xpad module blacklisted and use xboxdrv, really weird. alternatively you could just unplug the xbox controller.
Now I can play at max settings no stuttering in cutscenes.

I guess they already know because it happens with the windows version too.
edit: got an answer they told me to disable some xbox setting in big picture mode, but it was already disabled. :S:
