Does someone manage to put Linux on the PS5 yet ?

I want to enjoy a 1500 € computer paid 500. That would be awesome performance for the price.

Yeah, it's launching on the 12th, so don't expect a jailbreak or linux port until the 13th!

It is note even launched yet ? I was seeing test in the newspaper so I assume it was out. I haven't be able not to see it in the store because of the lockdown.

It arrives in online stores on the 12th for a few countries and on the 19th for the rest of the world.

I wouldn't hold by breath of Linux on the PS5 any time soon.

However, given that the PS4 is now obsolete, maybe Sony will stop updating the firmware to prevent running Linux on the PS4. So there is hope to have a well running PS4 Linux in the future :)
