I have tree luxury resource kind: pearls, diamonts and dyes. I have three enhancement copy of dyes, but no way to convert one to corporation. How do this? I try by builders/workers, but there's no way to do that.

To create corporation, you must use great merchant on industry (special camp created by builders on enhancement luxury resource; you must have three copy of this kind of luxury resource and can have only one industry for each type of luxury).
