I love how the costume has a big zipper and everything!
I have a few new ones to add, too - and for some strange reason, most of them are green, this time.
In the Game Boy Advance platformer Blender Bros., these angry-looking fat green penguin enemies aimlessly waddle back and forth in the hope of colliding with unwary players.
In DoReMi Fantasy: Milon no DokiDoki Daibouken (Super Famicom), these dopey-looking little green penguins chuck snowballs at you!
One stage in the Mega Drive platformer McDonald's Treasure Land Adventure features a pirate-ship crewed by these rather adorable pudgy green penguins who hurl themselves at Ronald McDonald to try to get him off of their ship.
The weird isometric-viewpoint fighting-game-inspired side-game, Saturn Bomberman Fight!! (for the Saturn, obviously ), includes a penguin, Peggi Jr., as one of the opponents/playable characters on the game's roster.

Penguins are also an enemy in E.V.O. Search For Eden, but I don't have a save in that chapter handy.

Bomberman 64: The Second Attack! for the Nintendo 64 includes a pink penguin as one of the computer-controlled opponents for the game's multiplayer battle-mode.
PC classic Cookie Clicker includes various mentions of penguins in its flavour-text headlines.
Saturn Bomberman (Saturn, of course) includes bug-eyed purple penguin enemies in its Master Game high-score/speedrun mode.
