All Proton's versions seems wrongly detected as cheating : Official Proton and Proton-Experimental, but also Proton-GE.
So be careful and don't connect on the game if you're not banned yet !
@liamd I don't know if it is news worthy, but an article might help shedding light on this issue ?

Even though EA responded with the meanest message when I appealed my ban :
