I finally pass the error 'err_gfx_init' copying some random steam command.
After Rockstar launcher, I was editing the settings to get full screen.
There I see something strange, the game only recongize 2Go Instead 12Go.
Changing the adatper settings (0 instead 1) get me the correct value but when the game restart it crash with the error 'err_gfx_init'
With the default settings, I cannot change any settings because the game says it has too low memory.
I checked protondb and I dont find any solution.
