Love music and twin-stick shooter high-score challenges? Chroma Blasters is one you need to try, and there's a demo available. Like a lot of smaller indie games on Steam, it released to no fanfare and doesn't even have a single Steam user review just yet.

More about it: "Chroma Blasters is a solo developed top-down twin-stick arcade shooter where enemy waves are shaped by music. With over 120 music tracks (25 in the Demo) and a fast, reactive color-matching gameplay, every track becomes a new battlefield."

Imagine a visual style not too far from the likes of Geometry Wars but it's all about colour matching. Different buttons fire off different colours and you have to match that to the enemy. It's a thorough challenge, and with some good tunes across a few different genres it's a pretty nice arcade high-score chaser.
