Blending two very different ideas together, Cropdeck brings farming to deckbuilders and it's actually really good. I highlighted this previously on GamingOnLinux back in February.
The developer sent over advanced access to the upcoming Steam Playtest, which you can apply for now to begin on July 17th. If you like a challenge and deckbuilders, this is one you're likely to find really interesting. The developer is planning full Native Linux and Steam Deck support too (which already worked great in my testing).
More about it: "Clear your fields, plant crops strategically, and protect them from wild weather. Combine quirky scarecrows and their powerful passive effects to create satisfying combos. Build your deck of plants — and don’t forget to pay taxes, because Sir Landlord always comes for his share! All wrapped in a wholesome and charming package."

What to expect in the Playtest? A small but "juicy slice" of what's planned for the full game. The developer said to expect about 2 hour of gameplay.
All you have to do is go to the Steam page and tap the "Request Access" button when logged in.
You can also follow the developer on Bluesky.
