Creepy stuff. It Has My Face makes you seek out your clone amongst the crowd, like some sort of hide and seek but with a real sinister vibe. The problem is, your clone wants to kill you. So you have to kill them first.

To help you deal with the situation you have to scavenge for weapons, although you only get limited ammo. Did you fail? Well though luck, you're easier to spot now. And something about biological horrors, with you finding more about what's going on and new threats as the game progresses.

It's a really clever stealthy-action horror spin on hide and seek and looks to be a really fun time, and with the Early Access release they've even added in 1v1 online multiplayer! The release also has more story chapters and an endless invasion mode too compared to the demo.

It was originally called DoubleWe, which I covered here on GamingOnLinux with the very early demo back in 2024. The new name is much better, and with a publisher it seems they were able to make it even better from the original idea.

Early Access won't last too long for this one, as the developer said they think it will take three to six months to finish it up. During this time they plan to finish the story, add more enemy types, new multiplayer modes and so on.

It Has My Face is available with Native Linux support and Valve rated it Steam Deck Verified. It's Verified with the Native version (not Proton).

It Has My Face | Release Date: 23rd September 2025
