The newer in-development cross-platform open source Nexus Mods app has improved again, bringing with it a proper built-in downloads page.
With this, it makes it much easier to download mods directly from the Nexus Mods website and manage the downloads across different games. Allowing you to pause, resume or cancel mod downloads. A necessary step towards supporting bigger mods for some of the bigger games.
You can also now make an editable copy of a Nexus Mods Collection, there's a new early version of a Conflict Viewer to ensure you have mods that work properly together and a few bug fixes too.
Currently the app has full support for Stardew Valley and Cyberpunk, with work ongoing towards Baldur's Gate 3 and Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, Skyrim and Fallout 4. Really keen to see this app expand to make modding easier on Linux platforms like SteamOS / Steam Deck.
