Type accurately and fast, as your life depends on it in Final Sentence. It's a unique blend of battle royale and horror with typing game mechanics.

Quite clever sounding, and looks to be challenging too. There's a demo still currently available, which has proven to be quite popular with over 559,000 players downloading it during the last Steam Next Fest. The full game will feature online typing battles for 40-100 players, along with friends-only games so you can pick how you want to play it. Sounds absolutely horrifying, I can't spell properly half the time (thanks for all the corrections), so this would count me out in a game pretty quickly I think.

Game Highlights:

  • Battle Royale on Typewriters - You’ve never played anything like this before. Type fast and type accurately — your life depends on it. There's a revolver pointed at your head… with one bullet in the chamber.
  • Beat Your Friends - Play with strangers in massive rooms of 40 to 100 players — or battle it out in private matches with 4 or 8 friends.
  • Deep Stats and Ranked System - Every achievement is tracked and compared with others. See your progress. Know exactly where you're improving — and where you're falling behind.

The full game is due out sometime in Q1 2026

I might not do too bad at this. I'm a sort of mediocre-to-decent touch typist, but that probably puts me leagues ahead of the hunt-and-peck-with-two-thumbs phone kids. Of course they probably won't play this game . . .
