Quoting: Whitewolfe80No but at the same time saying confirmed without actually being released and I know you go with the information you have my view is until its actually released its not coming to linux its just the way we get treated because of the market size.

I understand that (and why) you're pi**ed. It's just that a list of promised games has to consist of games, erm... having been promised. It's not like you should buy them on the promise or bet your soul on them being released, it's just something to look forward to... and maybe sometimes be disappointed. It's interesting information either way.

Quoting: HoutwormThere are much more games releasing for Stadia, It would be wonderful if they all had a Native Linux version, Imagine playing Cyberpunk native on Linux :O

I remember somebody writing here that we'd be surprised what Google made running/will make run natively under Linux. (Really should have saved a link...) That doesn't mean though that we'll get it for our machines.

Quoting: sigzthere was a time we got one or two AAA titles on a year.. Looks like proton is a thing there is no more heavy ports (Did feral gave up too ?)

I think their speed decreased, but Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be ported by them.

Story-driven tactical RPG with time manipulation mechanics 'Iron Danger' should come to Linux

Quoting: GuestToo bad it’s for kids (disney/pixar/whatever graphics).

If you don't like the graphics, fine, but it's nonsense to say this game (or all of Disney, or all of Pixar) would be for kids (only).

Quoting: LungDragoSome engines run like crap on Linux/Proton and there's little the game developers can do about it. So, as a Linux consumer, I might want to filter those out.
That's not an engine, though, and you already can filter them out (might be subject to change when Proton leaves beta).

What's not an engine? I'm not sure how many of such games are on Steam but afaik games in VNMaker, which is quite new, don't run on Linux at all, as an example.

My fault. Thought you were taking about Proton

When I looked yesterday, they didn't have requirements for Linux yet, but now they entered (generic) ones...!
