I guess you'll like it if you liked Gone Home and/or Firewatch.

Quoting: KeyrockIt's also still amusing the amount of people that spell Vulkan wrong. Can't be helped though, with a name like that.
This will never happen to a German, due to Deutsche Gründlichkeit!
... or maybe because "Vulkan" is the German word for, well... a vulcan.

;)

Tacoma, the sci-fi narrative adventure has released with day-1 Linux support, some thoughts

For the records: The game has problems with floating comma locales like German (as Gone Home had...). Subtitles are not playing correctly. You can start it with "LANG=C %command%" in the Steam startup options to work around. The game took me five hours, didn't meet a crash. It's a good game if you like walking simulators.

Quoting: EhvisObviously Feral has not discussed their contracts with the publisher handles the split of income. But that should not differ between the Feral store on any other stores. The only real difference is that purchases from the Feral store aren't subject to the 30% cut from Steam.
I remember that Feral buys the Linux/Maac rights and there's no cut for the original publisher taken away from Linux sells.

It took me over 50 hours to beat Infinifactory. What beasts of levels the last ones were...
Someone mentioned in the forums that the developers said they didn't do them themselves, which sounds... unfair!
But I'll take on the next game of them one day.

The Humble Down Under Bundle is a very good deal for Linux gamers

Quoting: chancho_zombieit's obviously egocentric for someone living in the south it's not down under. The aliens in antartica demand some respect.
For someone in the south, the north is down under. It's a fricking ball we're living on, man!

I'll add to the voices saying you shouldn't punish Humbe Bundle for things they haven't done. They did a lot for Linux gaming even before Steam for Linux was a thing (back when I was dual booting for gaming), they still have got good offers for us and as long as this doesn't change, we shouldn't try to hurt them.

Quoting: chancho_zombiethe title they choose for the bundle is a little confusing. I don't understand people who live in the northern hemisphere just say that people in the south live down under?
Well, actually literally relatively... they do, don't they? Like the northern guys live down under for the southern people. If you dig long enough (through melted metal or whatever is there), you'd arrive at the feet ot people from down under. (And I've never understood the term any other than jokingly.)
