I'm using ge-proton and all is fine. I don't see any reason to use this special edition anymore.

Great news! Don't want to pay 90$ on PS Store while Steam version will be 40-50$. Zone pricing is insane!

On lutris you use 8-26 or something for WoW and it's working well on both devices I have. One has an issue with Battle.net chocking the CPU but the bigger system can handle that (7800x3d). I gave that laptop to a friend and his only biggest issue is that and his bluetooth devices not working on linux. Why would you use a bluetooth mouse without it's dongle? He says he lost it and now blames linux for not working lol. Still haven't switched back to Windows so that's a win. This whole experiment only costed me 300$ to ship the laptop :woot: Things I do to spread the linux love...

I disabled floating mode as if you lock the account and come back you will find the floating bar is always floating now and your firefox is behind it. Other than some minor issues, kde6 is doing well. Well done team.
Manjaro 24.0 released with KDE Plasma 6, GNOME 46, Linux kernel 6.9

My update went well but I followed the method for KDE users: do it on tty.
Then I updated the kernel to 6.9(ni.ce) and it broke the grub spash screen. I disabled that and don't think I need that really.
BattleNet games selecting my on board GPU is an interesting new bug. I opened WoW not paying attention to the framerate with Ray Traced Shadows on and the game was 0.5454646 fps according to the MangoHud lol. I had to force my gpu on the game settings and it got fixed. Lutris setting to select GPU did not work at all.
KDE 6 is the same, all the manjaro kernel or mhwd settings are not in system settings anymore which is annoying. Thermal monitor plugin does not work and I want something like that back please. Biggest change so far is when you volume up or down the notification sound is different.Yay. Not a Waylander, don't know if it's even worth using it for.

I have M1 Max with 32 gb and LoL on MacOS does not have Vanguard. Even with the Metal option on(which gives great FPS improvement over OpenGL), the OS is so garbage that if you move the camera game goes from 144 Frames to 100ish and keeps jumping up and down. I have to restart the system just so that OS does not get weird with it's resource management system. MacOS being supported while Linux not is more like a side-effect that we are playing the windows version. If someone can find a way to run MacOS build on Linux we might be fine.

Got myself a new system and this thing wasted me 2 days. Funny enough Lutris or Wine does not have an issue on their Github page about this. I found it on lutris discord on one channel as a pinned message... comon guys no reddit no github. Why is information sharing so bad with linux communities?

What they are saying is they wanted to grab all the studios and use them as a leverage to force a sell to PS or MS but whoever is that invester saw the bullshit and pulled out. Now they say they have make games to make money instead of selling the company and running away. Go lick yourself Embracer!
