Only workshop tools missing. The only reason to install windows again is this tools. Any Idea when they will come to linux ?

It's seems Bulgaria is also excluded. It's probably available only for USA Canada and England as always.

There is nothing for abuse. This probably is valid only for purchases after this agreement change and only if 14 days are not passed and only if game are played less then 2 hours
