I enjoyed the original so if they make a Linux version of the sequel it will be a day 1 buy for me.
Quoting: GuestOh no, a "End turn" button! So it’s a tactical turn-based combat game? The original has no combat, it's strictly a story based management sim.
I bought the first one a while ago but haven’t had the chance to try it yet.

Quoting: hidekinCame here to say this. Some people don't like Kinetic visual novels because they're used to having choices to branch the story which I understand. I don't mind it if I know it going into one and if the story is top notch.Quoting: toorNo gameplay , it's called kinetic visual novels in this genre of visual novel. You play the game like a book but there are sound effects. Higurashi and umineko are the two best visual novels series I played on linux. Both are from the same author. It's darker than danganronpa.I recommend to start with the first higurashi if you're interested. If you want the voices there are also some mods from the ps3 version that was available with the voices.Quoting: hidekinGreat visual novel serie ;-) Probably the best available on linux with umineko.i haven't played this one, but danganronpa is a visual novel hard to beat, if this one is better, it really has a huge wow factor
btw it's not NSFW , no nude at all it's really a dark visual novel . A mix of horror , murders , detective stuffs. Not really nsfw .

I played them without but they're available.
For visual novels fans they're considered masterpieces ^^ Danganronpa is quite good but there is a lot better in the writing out there.

Quoting: legluondunetNot available on Gog?Not yet. It usually takes a little longer as GOG goes through their own testing on any build submitted to the store. Of course the developer hasn't officially stated the LInux version is coming to GOG, they also haven't said it isn't. There is a thread on the forum for the GOG version of Turok about the Linux version so I would recommend making your voice heard there.
